2. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only for items that meet all of the following conditions:
- The return request is made within 30 days of delivery
- The item is unused and unopened
- The item is returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is provided
For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, we do not accept returns for any product that has been opened, used, tampered with, or damaged after delivery.
3. Opened Products
Because our products are personal care, cosmetic, and supplement-related items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for products that have been opened or used.
This includes, without limitation:
- Opened serums
- Opened supplements or vitamins
- Opened bundles containing any opened item
4. Unopened Products
If you change your mind after receiving your order, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, as long as the product is completely unopened, unused, and in its original condition.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used products
- Products returned without prior approval
- Products returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items not in original condition
- Gift cards, if applicable
- Final sale or clearance items, if applicable
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@beyondhairprogram.com
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
If your claim is approved, we may offer, at our discretion:
- A replacement
- A refund
- Store credit
7. Return Process

- Order number
- Reason for return
If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Please do not send any items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
8. Return Shipping
Unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
9. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
10. Late or Missing Refunds

- Then contact your bank

11. Order Cancellations

We cannot guarantee cancellations once an order has been processed or shipped.
