All orders are processed and fulfilled within 1–5 business days.

Please note:

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped
  • Processing time is separate from shipping time

2. ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES

After your order has been fulfilled, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States: 4–10 business days
  • United Kingdom & Europe: 5–10 business days
  • Canada, Australia, New Zealand: 5–10 business days
  • Rest of World: 5–12 business days

If your country is available at checkout, we can deliver to your location.

Beyond Hair is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the carrier directly.
